Refund Policy
Free Trial
All paid plans (Saga and Chronicle) include a 7-day free trial. Your card is not charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
Subscription Billing
After the free trial, subscriptions renew automatically on your billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel at any time from your Account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email and a brief description. We review all requests and respond within 3 business days.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, unused campaign credits, or accounts that violated our Terms of Service.
